Being In The Office

It is Wednesday. The Yellow-7 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Pon 14). In the morning at 05:37 I run along the housing alleys. I reached 6km in 01:11:01 hours or pace 11'49". The average heart rate was 116. the average cadence 150, and the fat burning was 611. On the way to the house I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati for my breakfast.

I went to the office at 08:30. Kecuk gave me a ride. I arrived there 10 minutes later. Priyonggo, Biswanto the commissioner, and Lilik came later. By dhuhur time Arif PT JBS came by to check the documents. My time was used to direct Dery drawing drainage systems over 4 bridges of Manado Bitung Toll Road.

At 19:30 I joined a virtual meeting managed by Adi Prathama to introduce zoom application to our civil engineering alumni union. We would use the application to join virtual grand reunion of ITB75 former students that would be organized on November 21st, 2020. The other participants of the meeting were Achmad Hermanto Dardak, Agoes Soehardjono, Bambang Priyambodo, Bambang Rahardjo, Dony Darmayanto, Endro Supriyanto, Gunawan Hidayat, Isnanto, Iwan Sofwan Sudirahardja, Lambok Antonius Siahaan, Micca Sahala Situmorang, Moestafa Nadjib, Okky Darmosetio, Pranoto Samto Atmojo, Pudjo Parmadi Soeradio, Rasjid Maricar, Robijono Prasetijanto, Saleh Lukas, Samuel Sibarani, Saut Parlindungan Situmorang, Wayan Subawa, Wawan Witarnawan, Witjaksono Moedjiono, Yayan Suryana, Yulhaida Badar, and Yunekky Krisnanto. Total participant was 28 people.

At 20:30 I went back to the house. Kecuk gave me a ride. I continued joining meeting in the house.
