Joining Qigong

It is Friday. The Yellow Friday (Jumat Pon 13). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Melani, Sioeling, and Boenmiauw. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang.

At 12:00 I joined qigong in Masjid at Taqwa.
