Going Out

It is SAturday. The Black Saturday (Sabtu Wage 13). In the morning we still at home. It was cloudy so I did not workout.

At 10:30 I went to Simpanglima area to seek a printer. In Hoky store, Simpanglima Plasa I was informed there was a HP printer-scan-copy at around Rp1.500.000 but the goods was in the warehouse. I ordered them for the printer.

In the afternoon I ran twice. At 15:40 on canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 5,00km in 59:15minute or pace of 11:50minute per km. The average heart rate was 117bpm, the fat burning was 506kcal. At 17:01 on Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 1.66km in 21:51minute or pace of 13:05minute per km. The average heart rate was 120bpm, the fat burning was 194kcal.
