Preparing for a Trip

I stopped running when reaching 1,11km because the heart rate monitor frequently stop reporting. So, I disconnected to the Zepp and continued running. It also meaned I disconnected the earphones, the one I relied to monitor the heart rate. To monitor the heart rate I had to raise the left hand and see to the screen. I was uncomfortable. I stopped at reaching 5,55km. When I was home I found Pak Agus and wife were removing weeds in the front yard.
