Going Out

It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). In the morning I washed my clothes. The day was promising. The sun was fully shinning. Before dhuhur time they were dried.

Before dhuhur time I accompanied Nuri going to Nature Mart in Sarirejo Semarang Timur to buy various nuggets. It was a shop selling various nature foods. During my chemotherapy Nuri shopped the food for me. However, today she shopped the stuff for the children. So, after getting the stuff we went to Anindya's house. We gave them to her for her children.

In the afternoon at 15:43 I walked along streets: Puspanjolo Selatan, canal side walk, Puspanjolo Timur I, Puspanjolo Tengah I, Puspanjolo Barat I, Puspowarno, Puspowarno I, Puspowarno Tengah, Puspowarno Selatan III, Pamularsih, and Pamularsih I. I reached 4km in 45:43minutes or speed 5,25km/h. The average heart rate was 105, the average cadence was 106, and the fat burning was 319.

On arriving at home, I gardened. Some spots of Teki weeds were taken off. Then, planted 3 spots of Japanese grass.

Being At Home

It is Friday. I gardened in the morning, still took Teki weeds off. Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children. I called Rahutama using WA phone and found he was getting better. He told he might get flu and allergic cough. However, overall condition was ok.

In the morning by WA chat, Lily informed that Faussa Arie Aji was passing a way at 3:40. He is the first son of Faunaim, my coworker during my service in Riau. Aji was a prospective entrepreuner.

In the afternoon at 15:47 I walked tracing streets of Suyudono, Barusari, Sutomo, Pandanaran, Soegijapranata, Madukoro Raya, Sawojajar II, Damarwulan II, Anjasmoro, Sudirman, Puspowarno Tengah, Puspowarno I, Puspowarno XI, Puspowarno Selatan VII, PUspowarno IX, Puspowarno Selatan III, Pamularsih Barat VII, and Pamularsih I. Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Sweet-5 Thursday-8 (Kamis Legi 13). In the morning I gardened by taking away Teki weeds. The weeds always emerge because many tubers are still left after taking the weeds. Meanwhile, Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children joining their class virtually.

After dhuhur time Nuri went out to paid off the car tax. I ironed my clothes.

In the afternoon at 15:40 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I went back home when I was reaching 1,99km because I felt exhausted. Ninok Yuanindra and his husband Icuk came. They told us they would go to Biak tomorrow. They had to transit in Jakarta before leaving for Biak. At home I eat dates and honey. Then, I run again. I reached 6,65km in 1:21:56hours or pace 12'18". It is Wednesday. The Loving-8 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Kliwon 15). In the morning I felt dizzy so I did not run. I worried about my blood pressure but it was 136/70. At 07:45 Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children. I then went there at about 08:30 to make pictures of them. As usual the children were happy.

In the afternoon at 15:37 I run and walked along the canal side walk. My heart rate was going up quickly. Before I reached 1km it came to 115 so I underwent run and walked alternatingly. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:20hours or pace 11'26". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 112, and the fat burning was 594.

Nuri again went to Anindya's house to be with the children. She brought also beads would be assembled there. I used her absence to wipe and mop the floor.

Going Out

It is Monday. The Yellow-7 Monday-4 (Senin Pon 11). In the morning I gardened by taking off weeds. Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children. At 10:15 I went there to see the learning process but it was over. Aishalina said that I was late.

After dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Piranti Houseware in Lamper Tengah area. I bought paper filter. During Restriction Period there were few customers came.

In the afternoon I gardened again to continued the work.

At maghrib time Anindya came to take Aishalina's uniform. She also put her lunch box for us.
