It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). In the morning I washed my clothes. The day was promising. The sun was fully shinning. Before dhuhur time they were dried.

Before dhuhur time I accompanied Nuri going to Nature Mart in Sarirejo Semarang Timur to buy various nuggets. It was a shop selling various nature foods. During my chemotherapy Nuri shopped the food for me. However, today she shopped the stuff for the children. So, after getting the stuff we went to Anindya's house. We gave them to her for her children.

In the afternoon at 15:43 I walked along streets: Puspanjolo Selatan, canal side walk, Puspanjolo Timur I, Puspanjolo Tengah I, Puspanjolo Barat I, Puspowarno, Puspowarno I, Puspowarno Tengah, Puspowarno Selatan III, Pamularsih, and Pamularsih I. It is Friday. I gardened in the morning, still took Teki weeds off. Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children. I called Rahutama using WA phone and found he was getting better. He told he might get flu and allergic cough. However, overall condition was ok.

In the morning by WA chat, Lily informed that Faussa Arie Aji was passing a way at 3:40. He is the first son of Faunaim, my coworker during my service in Riau. Aji was a prospective entrepreuner.

It is Thursday. The Sweet-5 Thursday-8 (Kamis Legi 13). In the morning I gardened by taking away Teki weeds. The weeds always emerge because many tubers are still left after taking the weeds. Meanwhile, Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children joining their class virtually.

After dhuhur time Nuri went out to paid off the car tax. I ironed my clothes.

At 07:45 Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children. I then went there at about 08:30 to make pictures of them. As usual the children were happy.

In the afternoon I gardened again to continued the work.

I opened the highschool whatsapp group and found that at 05:21 Romlawati posted the passing a way of Edy Kusnanto at 04:00 in Malang. It was because of Covid-19. Edy was a guy who did not believe that Covid-19 existed and was deadly. He believed if he was obidient in God so the God would save him. He always joined congrational dawn prayer in the mosque close to his house.

It is Monday. The Black-4 Monday-4 (Senin Wage 8). In the morning at 05:30 I continued washing the clothes then hanged them for drying.

At 07:00 I went to Anindya's house to be with the kids. Anindya and Bagus were in when I arrived there. Dastan was ready to join virtual schooling. Aishalina was laying on bed. Bagus left the house at about 07:30 then Anindya did. I was assigned to look after the children joining virtual schooling. Dastan joined his class at 07:30 and Aishalina at 08:30. Dastan was familiar with his class but he was lack of concentration. Aishalina was little bit strange with her class. She reluctant to join. She few times turned off the mic and video buttons. At 11:00 I went back home after their classes were over.

At 11:30 the clothes were dried. I ironed them in the afternoon and the beginning of evening.

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). I was still at home. In the morning I gardened for a while, removing weeds from a small area of the front yard.

About dhuhur time Nuri went out to buy several kinds of stuff. One of them was mask brackets. Nuri bought a box containt of 2 pieces.

In the afternoon at 15:36 I run along Jalan Bojongsalaman, Jalan Basudewo, and west flood canal's side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:17:31hours or pace 11'37". The average heart rate was 119, the average cadence was 135, and the fat burning was 678.

It is Monday. The Red-9 Monday-4 (Senin Pahing 13). I was still at home. About dhuhur time I ironed the clothes I had washed yesterday. In the afternoon Anindya came to passed steamed bananas. Nuri then gave her steamed mushroom.

Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Sweet-5 Sunday-5 (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning Wismaningsih posted that Satriyohadi was passing a way at 00:00 due to heart failure. Satriyohadi was my colleague during my service in Provincial Water Resources Authority. He was just survived from COVID-19.

At 08:00 I washed my clothes. The day was promising, sunny, so after dhuhur time they were dried.

Today Nuri made sweet dumpling gingery soup (wedang ronde or tangyuan). In the same time in her house Anindya would made sweet dumpling in coconut grating (klepon). However, Anindya postponed doing it. Nuri sent some of the soup to her in the afternoon.

Being At Home

It is Saturday. The Loving-8 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Kliwon 17). This day was the first day of government issuing of emergency public activity restriction (PPKM-pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat darurat). By this restriction, certain shops or offices close till July 20th. The goal is to reduce COVID-19 spreading.

In the morning at 06:03 I run along Jalan Pamularsih at come and go mode. I reached 6,67km in 1:21:55 or pace 12'16". The average heart rate was 108, the average cadence was 137 (though metronome was set at 151), and the fat burning was 612.

I did gardening for a while by picking off the weed. I gardened again in the afternoon to continue picking off the weed.

Being At Home

It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). I was still at home. In the morning I was gardening. I took the weed on the front yard off. I just got 1m2 of the yard weedless. I felt so exhausted, my hands were pain.

At about 09:00 Gandhi told me that Noeri Tidia was passing away. She just told us in the night before that she had been suffered by Covid-19 and hospitalized in Kariadi Hospital's emergency room. This day at 08:00 she went to akhirat. Noeri was my schoolmate either in secondary or highschool. Her husband was once a retired lecturer of Diponegoro University.

After dhuhur time there a post in the highschool whatsapp group that Bambang Purwadi was also passing away. He had been several years living by dialysis help. He suffered from kidney failure due to his diabetics. Bambang Purwadi lived in Bandung. His daughter was being with him since his wife had been passing away since several years ago.

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). I was still at home in the morning to enjoy sleeping. At about 11:00 Nuri went out to to shop monthly stuff and snacks.
