Going Around

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Radite Manis 10). In the morning at 6:36 I run along Jalan Ahmad Yani at come and go mode. I also passing into Satelit Asri Housing and Panimbangan Beach area. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:20hours or pace 11'26". The average heart rate was 115bpm, the average cadence was 108spm, and the fat burning was 569kcal.

In the afternoon I, Nuri, Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama went around Singaraja area. We went first to Panimbangan Beach. Then we went to Sukasada area. We continued to a point close to Bhuana Kerta Monument and went down tracing Jalan Ki Barak Panji. At arriving on Jalan Ahmad Yani we turned right to Banyuasri Market where we shopped. Finally, we went back home.

In the evening at 21:00 or 20:00 West Indonesia Time I joined Quran recital. As usual Ihyaudin was the guide. The other partipants were Arien Pinalti, Aswaty, Darsono, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Endianto, Nurul Safariah, Sri Susimastuti, Susilo Tjahjaningsih Handajani, and Widarto. We recited surah Al Muzzammil.
