Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Sweet-5 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Legi 12). In the morning I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I run just 1,67km to get my March run was 100km. I reached 1,67km in 18:43 minutes or pace 11'10". The average heart rate was 116, the average cadence was 138, and the fat burning was 157.

Along the day I filed my 2020 income tax report. I did it online. First, I download my 2020 pension salary sheet from Taspen portal, https://services.taspen.co.id/e-spt/login.php. Then, I made my account based on my pension data. Finally, I logged in and downloaded the sheet. The second I logged in at Tax Service Authority portal, https://djponline.pajak.go.id/account/login. I filed my income tax report electronically based on the data mentioned on the sheet. After completion I sent it. I got a receipt. In the afternoon I worked to compose HEC-RAS data from section drawings made by Deri. I printed the drawings in Aris Jaya printing shop. I sent the data after I did it to Hanny.

Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Loving-8 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Kliwon 11). I could not sleep well in the night. I got slept at about 02:00. I felt well in the morning. I wanted to run but I was stuck in the recommendation to get rest.

In the morning I guided Deri to draw the cross sections. About dhuhur time I went to a printing shop nearby to print A3 drawings. Satriya PT JM phoned me to know the progress of the report. Andi PT PP also texted me the report.

In the afternoon I was about to run but I felt my body was not good. I measured my blood pressure, it was 150/117. I thought it was not good time to run so I cancelled my plan. I also felt that I was starting to get fever.

COVID-19 Second Vaccination

It is Monday. The Black-4 Monday-4 (Senin Wage). In the morning I was still at home and did not do anything. I needed to be relaxed to face COVID-19 second vaccination. Medical authority told that the first vaccination was to enable one's body recognizing COVID-19 and producing its antibody. The second one was to multiply antibody level in the body. A person may get the best immunity after 28 days of second vaccination.

At 13:57 I, Nuri, and Mbak Bik arrived at Gunung Sawo Maternity Hospital. Many people were gathering there to get COVID-19 second vaccination. We parked our car on street outside the hospital parking area. We then mentioned a medical officer about our arrival. He collected our identities to put us in the line. At about 13:30 we got injection of the vaccine after our blood pressures and oxygen saturation were checked and recorded. At 14:09 were received our vaccination certificates and went back home.

After maghrib time I and Nuri came to Kampungkali Fried Chicken for dining. Nuri did not make any dish so we had to go out to get food for dinner. I spent Rp67.700. It is Sunday. Asri and ARGY came by to measure his blood pressure. He felt his was high since his back neck was in tension. I used the Omron blood pressure monitor. We found that in 4 measurements his upper pressures were 147, 149, 137, and 139.

It is Saturday. The Red-9 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pahing 18). In the morning I and Nuri cleaned and made the house tidy. Dastan and Aishalina would come to play with us. At about 09:00 Anindya came and dropped the kids. She continued to PRPP to accompanied Bibik Ngatiyem and Surati getting their COVID-19 vaccination.

At home the kids were intent with their acivities. Dastan assembled his toy while Aishalina completed a jigsaw puzzle. Aishalina then stringed the beads. At about 13:00 Anindya came to pick the kids up.

Joining Qigong

It is Friday. The Sweet-5 Friday-6 (Jumat Legi 11). In the morning at 06:10 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The door was locked so I entered the hall through the temple. The other participants were Boenmiauw and Sioeling. We practiced chenqi, shou-la, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. On the way home I stopped by at Prembaen alley market to buy soup condiments.

After being at home I ironed some of my clothes. I continued ironing in evening and all clothes were done.

During the day I communicated with Deri to built geometric data for Girian Batupapan crossing. Unfortunately, it was not done. I needed to rebuild since the data came from the same map.

In the afternoon at 15:51 I run in the Trilomba Juang Stadium. I run till 5km then walked for the last 1,78km. I reached it in 1:21:04hours or pace 11'57". Canceling Meeting

It is Wednesday. The Black-4 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Wage 11). In the morning I while laying on bed contacted Suprapto to have a meeting this afternoon. He confirmed it. Nuri washed the clothes. I continued to sleep till 09:00.

In the afternoon at 14:14 I run and walked (mostly walked) along Jalan Suyudono, Sugijapranata, Basudewo, west flood canal side walk, Jalan Sudirman, Jalan Cokrokembang, Jalan Sawojajar II and ended at Warung Senggol Bu Lin. It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). In the morning Sutardi called me from Jakarta to remind me about my assignment to help him completing forms about the progress of IWRM program. I replied that the forms would be ready soon. I then turned on the computer and finalized my job. I directly sent 3 files to him by WA application.

After Sutardi, Suprapto also called me telling his daughter Hani being ready to help me finalizing the report for technical recommendation. I was so thankful.

It is Monday. The Red-9 Monday-4 (Senin Pahing 13). I slept again after dawn praying. Sleeping was a nice job.

Before dhuhur time I and Nuri went around. We went to Bank Mandiri Pandanaran to print our bank book. Then we went to Bank BCA Pandanaran where I printed my BCA bank book. A printer was available so I could print the book myself. The last destination was Military Museum at Tugu Muda area. Many cafes were available there. We hanged about in Rooke Cafe. They provided many nice dishes.

At 15:00 I met Suprapto at Sim-6 then we went to a canteen at Civil Engineering area Diponegoro University. The canteen was closed because of weekday. Going Back To Semarang

It is Monday.The Loving-8 Monday-4 (Senin Kliwon 14). I woke up at 04:55 local time and prepared myself for going. At 06:00 I left the room for checking out. Rahutama accompanied me to the ground floor. At about 06:10 a Gojek car came to pick me up. The driver was a woman the person accompanied us to As-Syifa Lab. At 06:40 I arrived at the airport.

I checked in after having a rest for a while. I got the seat 11D in Batik ID6657 (LOP-CGK) and 18F in ID6346 (CGK-SRG). The first was scheduled to board at 08:50 and the second was at 14:30. Then, at 07:45 I had my breakfast in the waiting room Garam Dapur Coffee shop.

At 08:50 local time we the passangers were called for boarding. The board was almost full. At 09:30 our Boeing 737-800NG took off. The flight was going smooth so at 10:00 we landed at SHIA. I had to wait for more than 4 hours. I walked around the terminal building, Terminal 2 SHIA.

Going Around Mataram

It is Sunday. The Black-4 Sunday-5 (Senin Wage 9). It was the first day of Saka Year 1943. In Bali, the people celebrating The Day of Quiet (Hari Raya Nyepi). All activities were stopped. Some people did not to celebrate the day had left Bali before the day. We found some of them were in the hotel.

We (I, Rahutama,and Anjar) had breakfast on the dining room, the hotel provided it at Rp35000 per pax. It was very cheap since they provided varieties of food.

At 10:10 we checked out. Dede and Esti picked us for going around Town of Mataram. The first destination was Mandalika Area. A beach area that an F-1 Circuit is under construction. Olivia musala. Bebek Galih. Senggigi, Ampenan market. A place for durian.

The last destination was Dede's house. I met Priyono, Sri, Peni, Gilang, Frieska, Julia, and Sola. I paid my prayer here. Rahutama learned choosing techniques from Dede. Finally, we went to Lombok Plaza Hotel for overnight. Gilang dropped us there.

At about 21:30 we arrived at the hotel. I got room 409 where Rahutama and Anjar were in room 410. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy but there was cigarette smoke smell. Joining A Wedding Party

It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). At 06:00 I walked along streets (Panca Usaha, Umarmadi, Pejanggik, Subak II, Sekardiyu, Rapatmaja, Tamtanus, Maktal, Selandir, Bandarhusein, Palapa, and Cilinaya) around the hotel. I found that around the hotel was Balinese ethic settlement. On the way to the hotel I bought nasi bungkus from Sederhana kiosk for my breakfast.

At 08:30 I, Rahutama, and Anjar went to Dapoer Sasak Kitchen to join wedding procession of Kartika Gemma Pavitri and Akhmad Fauzi. When we arrived there it was happening. Priyono and Peni were there. Priyono was acting as the marriage witness. We made pictures at the end of the procession. A breakfast was served then for the attendants. I did not touch it because I had had breakfaat. We still there till reception.

Reception started at 11:00. Dede invited about 700 people and the health protocol was imposed. A lunch package and music were provided to entertain the invitees. Dapoer Sasak Kitchen occupied about more than 2 hectares land. There was a coffee shop there. I and Priyono had coffee there. At about 13:00 we went back to the hotel. Priyono gave us a ride.

About ashar time I walked along Pejanggik area to find Kimia Farma Clinical Laboratory but I could not get it. The point of it was acquired by Ikhwan Kitchen. The kitchen offered roti canai and teh tarik. I stopped by to taste roti canai with chicken gravy. It was 16:00.

At 19:15 by a Gojek car I, Rahutama, and Anjar went to As Syifa Clinical Laboratory in Sekarbela area where I would undergo a COVID-19 antigen test. After paying off Rp200.000 for the tariff. I then came to a room where a swab probe was inserted through my nose. Then, I had waiting for the result for about 30 minutes. The result was negative. We left Sekarbela to dine.

By a Gojek car again we went to Rinjani area to have nasi balap puyung. Unfortunately, they run out the shredded chicken, the main condiment. So we went to Nasi Puyung Karangbedil shop on Jalan Arif Rahman Hakim. We got it so we dined there. At about 21:30 we went back to the hotel. Lanjutannya...

Going To Mataram

It is Friday. The Red-9 Friday-6 (Jumat Pahing 15). It was a public holiday to commemorate the A Night Journey (Mecca to Jerusalem then Ascension to The Holy Place) of Prophet Muhammad (Isra Mi'raj 27 Rajab 1442H). At 04:00 I went to the airport. I would go to Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. Nuri accompanied and dropped me there. At 04:20 the airport still closed. It opened at 04:45, even the check in room opened at 04:55.

After leaving from the COVID-19 document checking I came to the check in booth. My flights were ID6343 (SRG-CGK)and ID6658 but was changed to ID6339 (SRG-CGK) and ID6658 (CGK-LOP). I got seat 21C and 17D, respectively. I had no time to be seated in the waiting room. I directly boarded. The plane stood on the end of parking area. I had to walk there. Fortunately, the sky was clear.

The plane was filled partly, about one third, although many flights had been consolidated into this flight. At 05:55 I was on board and at about 06:15 we took off for Jakarta. At 07:00 we landed at Soekarno Hatta International Airport (SHIA). After reporting my destination to the transit booth I went to the waiting room, E2.

I stopped by at a coffee counter in Warunk Soto Nikmat to have a tiny cup of espresso. I consumed my banana bread I brought from Semarang. The espresso price was Rp25.000, cheap. Then, I went to the security check to enter the waiting room E2. About an hour I was there than I was informed to move to E1 waiting room. More than 2 hours I was there. At a food booth named El Mart I bought an instant noodles. I had been long time not consuming such food so I tasted so much.

At 11:10 we were called for boarding. About 30 minutes later we took off. At 14:50 local time we landed at Lombok Airport in Praya. The local time is an hour ahead of the Jakarta time.

By a Damri minibus I got at a place in front of Epicentrum Mall. The tariff was Rp35.000. By a Gojek car I arrived at Aston Inn at 16:50. Rahutama came to me. He gave me a key card. My room was 305, his was 301.

Because I felt hungry I seeked food. I walked along Jalan Bung Karno to get it. I then stopped by at Upnormal Coffee. I ordered fried rice and plain tea. I spent Rp47.500. I walked again to get back to the hotel. I trace along Jalan Ismail Marzuki and Jalan Palapa II.

The third destination was Nafiri Computer shop on Jalan Kelud where I enquired if they could install an office application. The last destination was Superindo shop on Jalan Simongan where Nuri bought garlic.

When we went to the airport we found that a fly over was being built over the drainage channel along Jalan Puri Anjasmoro.

Before dhuhur time Nuri went out to buy a food cupboard. We needed it to protect the food from cats stealing. When Nuri was out I wiped and mopped the floor. As usual all of the cats were forced to be out.

There was Friday congregational prayer in the masjid but I did not join. Covid-19 threat hindered me to do that.

At 16:59 on Cempaka 74 WA Group Risnawati posted that our schoolmate, Dwi Wuryani, had passed a way in Siloam Hospital. She had been long time suffering of cancer. Her cancer was detected at about the year 2011.

In the afternoon at 14:15 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I stopped at reaching 1,12km because of the drizzle. I reached it at 12:43 minutes or pace 11'19". New Handset

It is Wednesday. The Yellow-7 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Pon 14). At 06:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. I arrived in the same time with Andhy. Moylin, Sioeling, and Boenmiauw came later. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang.

Before dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Plaza Simpanglima to buy a handset to replace my old one the Redmi 4x. It was memory full and might be full of virus to since my number had been banned by Whatsapp. I got a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 at Rp3.800.000 in an SMS counter.

After that we went to 2 shops, they were LOtte Supermart and Piranti Appliences Shop. In Lotte Supermart we bought sugar and coconut oil while in Piranti Shop we just window shopped. We collected information about cupboard for dishes.

It is Tuesday. The Red-9 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pahing 12). It was clear in the morning but I did not go to join qigong neither to run on the side walk. I tried to have some rest to avoid anything post vaccination. I felt being not well enough.

At 09:30 I joined virtual meeting hosted by Jonathan to discuss the design of sabo dam. COVID-19 Vaccination

It is Monday. The Sweet-5 Monday-4 (Senin Legi 19). In the morning at 06:30 I, Nuri, and Mbak Bik went to Gunungsawo Maternity Hospital to join COVID-19 vaccination campaign. It was a campaign managed and funded by the government to administer vaccination for senior citizens (60 years old or older). We went there as early as possible to get vaccination turn since the allocation was limited. When were arrived there at 06:40 we found that many senior people had gathered there to wait for distributing queu numbers by the hospital personnels. We met Bharoto and the wife there. The came earlier at 05:00. I asked Nuri to get in line for getting the numbers. Finally, at about 08:30 we got the numbers of 200, 201, and 202. Bharoto got number of 127. The day vaccine allocation was 208 unit. We went back home because we predicted we would be served at about 15:00.

At 12:30 we went to the hospital again. The queu came to a number of about 147. At queu 150 the crew took their brake till 14:00. We had patient to wait for our turn. At 15:30 our turn came. I got vaccine at 15:45 after being enquired about our recent health condition. About 16:15 we received a paper explaining our vaccination states. We then went back home.

At 18:30 I found my Whatsapp account was blocked by Whatsapp. They told that I had used illegal activities on the account. However, I was not clear when I had did them. So, I sent an email to Whatsapp for clearing the blockade. Lanjutannya...
