Seeing a Doctor

It is Monday. Yellow Monday (Senin Pon). In the morning at 08:00 I went to Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Pandanaran to check my right ear. I got queu number 19 senior line. At about 09:15 I got my turn, Doctor Ika gave her time for consultation. She told my case would be forwarded to specialist. A refering paper was given to me to go to Hermina Hospital. The hospital is a C Serving Hospital. According to National Health Insurance (BPJS-Kesehatan) rule if the first serving health center does not give final therapy the member then is forwarded to the C class hospital.

At 10:30 I came to the registering desk. I was registered at 13:00. The doctor would be coming at 14:30 so I went back home. At 14:20 I was ready in the hospital again. At 16:15 I got my turn. Doctor Agung was serving me. He washed inside my right ear. At 16:30 it was done. I felt better than before.
