Joining Qigong

It is Friday. Black Friday (Jumat Wage). In the morning at 06:00 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 11 people. I did xingshen zhuang full. I left the venue when the remainings were practicing filling qi. At arriving at home I washed my clothes.

At 12:00 I joined qigong in Masjid Attaqwa. The day was hot and humid, I went there and back home walking. When I arrived at home again I found tha kids were playing at home. Nuri brought them. They were at home till their mother, Anindya, picked them up.

In afternoon I ironed the clothes. After maghrib time I continued ironing till all clothes done.
