Joining Qigong

It is Friday. Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 7 people. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and first half of xingshen zhuang.

After having a brief rest at home I washed clothes. Nuri had done the same thing in the morning. The day was cloudy and hot but my clothes was dry in the afternoon.
