Joining Qigong

It is Wednesday. Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing). At 06:00 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 12. We practiced pengqi guanding, chenqi, shou-la, and sanxin zhuang.

At about 10:00 Nuri went out to settle some matters. During her absence I expelled cats out of the house and I started wiping and mopping the floor. I finished it when the prayer call was recited. I then showered, prayed, and slept. I was so tired and sleepy.

We found showering in the afternoon but in very short time.
