Joining Qigong

It is Wednesday. Black Wednesday (Rabu Wage). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 7 people. We practiced pengqi guanding, chenqi, tui-la, and sanxin zhuang. In the way home I stopped by at Prembaen Alley Market. I bought chicken and fish balls as requested by Nuri.

At 10:00 Nuri went out to join a monthly gathering of ITB alumni wives. At about 13:00 Anindya came by to drop Dastan. He was at home till 16:00. Nuri dropped him at his house.
