It is Friday. The Loving Friday (Jumat Kliwon 14). In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong exercise but I found that it had not been managed again.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa.

At 13:00 I accompanied Nuri to shop in Ada Supermarket Bulu. I was not crowded by the customer but still many customers came to shop. Nuri shopped just few items.

At 18:20 I ran along canal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:17:29hours or pace of 11:37minutes per km. The average heart rate was 120bpm, the average cadence was 118spm, and the fat burning was 690kcal.
