Going Out

It is Friday. The Red FRiday (Jumat Pahing 15). I was still at home in the morning. Nuri went out to find batik for her colleagues. At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa.

At about 13:30 I accompanied Nuri went to a street tailor on Jalan Sri Rejeki Raya. She tailored her colleagues' shirts there. We then went to Superindo Market to buy some fruits. The next destination was Bu Lin foodstall on Jalan Anjasmoro Raya to buy 2 kinds of dishes. Then we came to a street shoes repair station on Jalan Kenconowungi I to pick my repaired running shoes. The cost was Rp90.000. The last destination was embroidery shop on Jalan Puspanjolo Barat V where Nuri picked the embroidered cloth.

At 15:59 I walked nordicly along canal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 6,29km in 1:19:02hours or speed of 4,78kph. The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average cadence was 111spm, and the fat burning was 429kcal.

This day was my birthday. I was reaching 70year old. Almost all of the members of groups I participate sent their birthday wishes. I was so grateful for their attentions.
