It is Friday. The Black Friday (Sukra Cemengan 10). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Liauw Sioeling 廖秀玲, Liauw Bunmiauw 廖文茂, and Liauw Moyling 廖妹玲. We practiced chenqi 抻气, pengqi guanding 捧气惯顶, and first half of xingshen zhuang 形神庄.
At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at TAqwa.
At 13:30 Nuri dropped me at the IPPU office. I joined a meeting attended by Masrianto, Bambang Pudjo, Octavira, Mustofa, Wismaningsih, Harsono, and Arus Horizon. At about 15:00 Nuri picked me up home.
