Healthy Walk

It is (Ahad Kliwon 13). At 06:02 I walked nordicly along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I stopped at reaching 2,20km. At 6:54 I walked again along with neighbors of RT08 RW08 in Jalan Sehat session. I reached 0,9km. At 7:53 I walked nordicly again I reached 1,1km. In the afternoon I walked nordicly reaching3,80km. In totat I walked 8,0km.

This day our neigbbor union, RT08 RW08 managed a healthy walk to celebrate the indipendence day. Almost all of the members participated in the session. The walk traced Jalan Pamularsih Dalam, Jalan Pamularsih I, and Jalan Pamularsih at about 0,90km. All the participants, adults and children were so happy being participating.

In the afternoon after walking I washed my dirty clothes.
