At about 09:00 I slept. Nuri went out for shopping. After dhuhur time she came bringing chicken noodles. We had lunch consuming noodles.

It is Sunday. The Yellow-7 Sunday-5 (Ahad Pon 12). In the morning I washed my clothes. It smelled cat shit in the washing room but I could not identify its whereabout. I then hanged the clothes for drying. They got dried at 11:00.

I slept at 09:00. I usually sleep in the morning. It is my new habit, being sleepy in the morning.

At 15:54 I rung along Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan, and canal side walks. It was drizzle when I reached 4,0km so I went back home. I found that it was clear on Jalan Pamularsih I, so I run there. Children Coming Home

It is Friday. The Sweet-5 Friday-6 (Jumat Legi 11). In the morning at 06:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were Moylin, Sioeling, Boenmiauw, and Andhy. We practiced pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶) and first half of xingshen zhuang (形神庄). Moylin left early. After exercising I, Andhy, Boenmiauw, and Sioeling had a social chat.

On the way home I stopped by at Prembaen Alley Market. I bought various meat balls and tofu stick.

At about 10:00 I slept. Dastan came with mad because he was strickly forbidden to use either cellular phone or tablet. Nuri tried to relieved him. At about 10 minutes later Bibik and Aisha came. At 11:10 I met Suprapto at Undip Civil Engineering canteen to discuss correction from Manado Sulawesi 1 River Basins Management Office. We agreed to respond it one by one in sequence. Then we went to Suhariyanto office. We paid our greeting to him for his professorship. He would be inaugurated tomorrow morning. Finally, we went to a printing shop to print the documents had been sent to the Management Office.

On the way home I refueled the car and buy breads at Fancy shop in Menyanan area.

At home Nuri reported that her back was pain due to her wrong movement. She wanted me to buy a tube of Voren, an analgesic gel.

After dhuhur time I went to Permata Pharmacy to buy Voren but they did not have it. I bought a blister of Welmove. Then I came to Mekarmedika Pharmacy. I bought a blister of D3 vitamin and a tube of Voren. Lanjutannya...

After maghrib time I and Nuri went to Double W Resto on Jalan Simongan 191 for dining. We had ordered a rice in claypot, mango cocktail in yakult, dragon fruit juice, and a plate of dumpling. We agreed they tasted good.

An hour later Anindya, Dastan, Aishalina, and Bibik came to join. Dastan then turned his tablet on to do his home work. Anindya was beside him. They ordered french fries, orange juice, and ice cream.

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). It was a public holiday to commemorate the birthday of Pancasila, the Indonesia basic ideology. In the morning at 6:58 I run and walked along Jalan Bojongsalaman, Jalan Basudewo, canal side walk, Jalan Puspanjolo Dalam, and Jalan Puspanjolo Timur.

At 10:00 Nuri went out for shopping. She would buy snacks, visit the liquidating Giant supermarket, buy decorative plants, etc. I was sleepy at home and then slept.
