Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Ahad Wage 9). In the morning I ironed almost all of the clothed I had washed yesterday. Nuri washed her own clothes. The day was promising though she washed them about dhuhur time but the all of them was dried in the afternoon.

At 15:13 I run along the side walk of west flood canal. I reached 6,65km in 1:19:10hours or pace 11'53". The average heart rate was 1126, the averate cadence was 135, and the fat burning was 663.
