Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). At 00:40 the black out was over, we were supplied electric power again. I turned the AC on and got asleep. At 05:00 I woke up, prayed, and slept again.

At about 10:30 the blackout came again. I could not do anything. The day was hot and humid. I was tortured.

At 09:08 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. The day was shinny and I got heated. I reached 2,44km in 26:58minutes or pace 11'02". The average heart rate was 113, the average cadence was 139, and the fat burning was 218kcal. In the afternoon at 15:00 I run again on the same track. I reached 4,22km in 57:01 minutes or pace 13'30". The average heart rate was 111, the average cadence was 137, and the fat burning was 440kcal.
