Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Loving-8 Sunday-5 (Ahad Kliwon). In the morning I run along side walk of west flood canal. I run 5,99km in 1:09:31 hours or pace 11'36". The average heart rate was 111, the average cadence was 120, and the fat burning was 548. With the achievement my monthly run came to 89.99km. It was lower than my target of 100km.

After having some rest at home. I washed my clothes. The day was promising though in the afternoon it was cloudy. My clothes were just almost dry.

Meanwhile Nuri went out to buy some soil for her gardening. I wiped and mopped the floor.

In the afternoon I ironed some of my clothes I just washed and Nuri washed some day ago.

In the evening I and Nuri went to Jalan WR Supratman to buy fried tofu. We dined with those stuff. Lanjutannya...

Gathering

It is Saturday. The Black-4 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Wage 13). It was a promising day since there was no dark cloudy. The sun showed up. However, I was reluctant to go running. I continued sleeping till 09:00. At about 09:30 Savitri mentioned me offering to gather somewhere. I confirmed it.

At 11:30 Savitri sent a message she was in Warung Nenek Ayam Sawah along with Noeri. After praying I went there for joining. At about 12:30 I arrived there. Savitri, Noeri, and Hariyati were there chatting. I then ordered a rujak buah (javanese fruits salad) and a lemon honey drink. I was there for about 45 minutes then we dismissed.

Warung Nenek Ayam Sawah was a resto of homey atmosphere located in Jalan Durian Selatan. They had many separate spaces where customers might taste their dishes. Several spaces were open and some other were close rooms. We were enjoyed the dishes in an open space. There were about 6 tables in it.

After arriving at home I went out to run. At 14:39 I started to run along the sidewalk of west floodcanal. I run for 6km then walked for 0,84km at 01:21:59 hours or pace 11'58". The average heart rate was 123 (very bad), the average cadence was 130 and the fat burning was 758.

It is Friday. The Yellow-7 Friday-6 (Jumat Pon 13). In the morning it was rainy. I filled my morning by fixing report on sabo dam hydrology. Before dhuhur time the sun showed up then I went to Anindya's house to pass potato patties (perkedel kentang) to Dastan and Aishalina. Dastan seemed happy but Aishalina ignored my presence. In the afternoon at 14:46 I run and walked along Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan, Jalan Puspanjolo Dalam XI, Jalan Puspanjolo Tengah Raya, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur I, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur, west flood canal side walk, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur XII, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur XII, Jalan Puspanjolo Dalam X, Jalan Puspanjolo Tengah VII, Jalan Puspowarno, Jalan Puspowarno IV, Jalan Puspowarno Tengah, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, and finished at Alfa Cell shop. It is Wednesday. The Sweet-5 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Legi 12). In the morning it was cloudy and drizzle. The qigong session was canceled because the hall was messy due to the last inundation. I filled my morning by washing the car.

At 13:30 I joined virtual meeting hosted by Satriya JMB to discussed a sabo design. The other participants were Kecuk, Lilik, Anang, and Haryanto.

In the afternoon at 15:47 I run and walked along the side walk of west flood canal. I reached 6,82km in 01:19:24 hours or pace 11'37". The average heart rate was 115, the average cadence was 112, and the fat burning was 658.

After I was home for a while it came a heavy raining. The televisions broadcasted there were some points in Semarang covered by water.

Banking

It is Tuesday. The Loving-8 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Kliwon 11). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. I came there in the same time with Moyline did. Boenmiauw, Sioeling, and Andhy came later. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. On the way home I delivered a hongbao (red envelope) to a beggar on the alley to the temple.

At about 10:00 Nuri went out to shop snacks. Somewhere she told that her ATM cards were not working. She then came home to pick me up being with her. After dhuhur time we went out. At a Bank Jateng Headquarter ATM I found the Bank Jateng ATM was working. Nuri told she might be inserting the card in a wrong direction. Then we went to BNI Bank Undip Pleburan to see Anindya. She told that the BNI card had been blocked and she fixed it.

We went to a shop at Pasar Peterongan to buy snack. Amid the shopping a heavy rain came. It was persistent till we went back home. We traced Jalan Sriwijaya, Jalan Veteran, and Jalan Kaligarang because we assumed Jalan Ahmad Yani, Simpanglima Square, and Jalan Pandanaran were covered by inundation.

We arrived at home at about 15:15. At 18:00 we got reports that inundation was covering Simpanglima, Kotalama, Jurnatan, Arteri Bypass, etc. Semarang was covered by water again after inundation several day ago. Lanjutannya...

Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Black-4 Monday-4 (Senin Wage 8). At 06:30 I joined qigong in the temple hall. When I arrived the session was just starting. Moylin（廖梅琳）and Boenmiauw (廖文茂). Sioeling (廖秀玲) came in the same time with me. Andhy came later. In the mid of the session Laoshi Bambang Hartono (王贤义) came by. He just treated Sioeling for recovery. We practiced pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶) and first half of xingshen zhuang (形神庄).

It is Sunday. The Yellow-7 Sunday-5 (Ahad Pon 12). It is drizzle in the morning I continued my sleep till 09:00.

After dhuhur time I accompanied Nuri going to Satria shop to get some sewing supplies. I got off at ACE Hardware Superstore close to the shop. ACE Hardware occupied a building used to be Sri Ratu Superstore. The store offered various interesting stuff but I was just window shopping. About 30 minutes there I went to a lunpia shop beside Paris shop. I had a lunpia there at Rp12.000. With a glass of sweet tea I spent Rp14.000. After Nuri finishing her shopping we directly went back home.

At 07:00 Nuri put our cat named Monyet at a collection house in Kampung Baris area. She would be lined in a sterilization program. Nuri paid off the tariff few days ago, Rp400.000.

Today the television screen and social media was full with the flood news in Jakarta and the surroundings. Jakarta Cikampek, Jakarta Outer Ring Road, Jakarta Inner City toll roads were covered by water. Some dwellers were moved to evacuation shelters because water entering their houses too. In the social media the Governor Anies Rasyid Baswedan was blamed by his town people because his unability to manage flood. It is Wednesday. It was Anindya's birthday. In the morning joined qigong. I came in the same time with Moylin did. Sioeling, Boenmiauw, and Andhy later. It was the first time for Sioeling joining qigong again since her sick for several days. We practiced pengqi guanding and xingshen zhuang. Before were finished the session Laoshi Hian-gi (Bambang Hartono 王贤义） came. He gave us his direction.

After having a rest for several moments I ironed the clothes I and Nuri had washed several days ago.

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). In the morning I joined qigong in the Taykeksie (大觉寺）temple hall. I came late but the session was just started. Moylin was in. Bun Miao and Andhyk came later. We practiced pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶) and first half of xingshen zhuang (形神庄).

Before dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Java Mall for window shopping. It was long time since my previous visit. Java Mall changed. Hypermart dissapeared. Performa and ACE Hardware replaced the room.

In the afternoon I run and walked along west flood canal side walk. I reached 6,84km in 01:25:06 hours or pace 12'26". The average heart rate was 110, but it was an inaccurate data since the heart rate sensor was not working just before reaching 3km. The average cadence 135 and the fat burning was 464.

It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). It was the day 1st of Chinese Luni-solar Year 2572 Kongzili. It was a public holiday. The new year celebration was not lively because of Covid19 atmosphere. I and Nuri were still at home because in the morning it was cloudy and drizzle. In the morning I got diarrhea once. I felt good but I thought it was something wrong when I got dinner last night.

Before dhuhur time Anindya dropped Dastan and Aisha at home. The two kids then were busy with the stuff they liked. I and Nuri were happy watching there activities. Semarang Getting Inundation

It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). It was heavy raining along the night and morning. Almost every where in Lower Semarang was covered by water. Tawang Station was inudated. Ahmad Yani airport was closed because the runway was covered by water. West and East Flood canals were full of water. The rain stopped in the afternoon.

I did not joined Friday Prayer. I prayed dhuhur at home, instead. Then, I ironed my clothes had washed yesterday.

At about dhuhur time I received the oximeter I ordered through Shopee electronic shop on January 31st, 2021. Then, I received the xiaomi mi band 2 from Blibli electronic shop as a replaced one I retoured to the shop. I found the band worked although the display was less bright and the battery was short lasting.
