Visiting Laboratory

It was Wednesday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The day seemed discouraging because it was cloudy dark. When I arrived only the laoshi was there. Then, the qigong session was attended by 6 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang.

After dhuhur time I went to the Hydro lab at the Civil Engineering Department. I met Pranoto and Bu Wati.
