Today we planned to visit authorities having connection to our work. The first authority was the River Basins Management Office of Sulawesi I (BWS Sulawesi I). Our purpose was to get the river basins map where the toll road take place). We failed because the man in charge had not arrived. At the second visit we met Mr. Daan Redley Namare, the Head of Implementation Section. From him we got data of river basins but not the drawing.
The second visit was to the Mapanget Meteorology Station. An officer, Mr. Singapore, suggested us to go to the Karayuwan Meteorology Station. A lady, Ms. Febriani, explained us how to get data we wanted. Leaving the office we went back to the BWS office for the second visit.
The third visit was to the North Sulawesi Planning Authority. A lady officer suggested us to go to the North Sulawesi Public Works Authority. We met officers at the Spatial Planning Division, Mr. Dani and Mr. Nico. From him we got the North Sulawesi Spatial General Planning RTRW.
After having lunch in a padangese styled resto we came to the forth destination, the North Sulawesi Office of the National Land and Space Authority (Kanwil Sulut BPN ATR). We wanted to get land use map. We failed to get it because the man in charge was absent.
Finally, we came to the point of toll road beginning. We measured the dimensions of road and utilities. We ended today's session by drinking coconut water.
