Putting a Blood Sample

It was Wednesday. In the morning I and Nuri went to the Merpati Installation of the Kariadi Hospital to put my blood sample. I planned to see Doctor Suharti after the examination result was issued. However, I had to postpone seeing the doctor because the result would not be issued this day. We had spent much time in the procedure.

The procedure was as follows. We had to take a number card. Those who wanted to see a doctor took a green card and the others who wanted to put sample, or to undergo radiology, etc. took a grey card. After a consultation with a door guard he gave me a grey card number 34. Then, after 5 minutes waiting we were allowed to enter to the registration room. About 10 minutes I got my turn. We had to come and go twice to the BPJS desk since the items were not mentioned on the computer screen.  The items, CEA and CA 9-19, then were printed. I came to the verification desk. The CEA was deleted because the last examination was lasting less than 3 months. I came to the sampling room 10 minutes later. After the blood was tapped the lab technician told me that the result would be issued on Monday. We went home after cancelling my intention to see the doctor.

After a while we were home Mrs. Djoni came home. She was just to say hello and told us Dastan was on the way. She also invited us to have dinner at a resto.

At 20:00 I and Nuri joined the dinner in the Gossip Kitchen. The other participants were Mr. and Mrs. Djoni (the hosts), Mrs. Natsir, Om Beni, Dimas, Zilpa, Selo, Bagus, Anindya, Dastan, and Bibik. A good atmosphere was building up. We dismissed at 22:30.
