New Glasses

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Jumat WAge 10). At 5:30 I went to Masjid Agung to join Semarang Nordic Walk Community practicing nordic walk. On the way I found I did not bring the sticks with me so I went back home and cancelled to join. At 6:22 I walked nordicly along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I walked 6,11km in 1:13:46hours or speed of 4,97kph. The average heart rate was 103bpm, the average cadence was 114spm, and the fat burning was 531kcal.

At 10:00 I and Nuri went to Peterongan area. At Pasar Peterongan we shopped various cracker snacks. Then, in Melawai Optical, Java Mall we took my glasses I ordered several days ago. The glasses were fit for me. So, since today I wear new glasses. Nuri dropped me home and she continued to Columbia hospital to visit Ratna.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at TAqwa. It was heavy raining when I went back home. I used the prayer mat to protect me from the rain but my clothes still wet.

In the evening I joined virtual meeting with my siblings. They were Adi, Mahardi, Asri, and Peni. Pri, Esti, and Fitri were absent. We discussed the progress of land sertification process.
