Joining Nordic Walking

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Anggara Cemengan 7). At 6:05 I walked nordicly along perimeter road of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. I stopped at reaching 4,8km and joined nordic walkers doing stretching. I then continued walking along with the walkers. I reached 5,9km in 1:07:52hours or speed of 5,22kph. The average heart rate was 110bpm, the average cadence was 114spm, and the fat burning was 545kcal.

I arrived at home at 8:30 and Nuri was ready for going. She would go to some fabric producers in Karangjati Bergas area along with her peers: Dewi, Marsaulin, Dian, and Sucigemi.
