Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Black-4 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Wage 11). I was still at home maintaining my laziness. Before dhuhur time Dastan and Aisha, accompanied by Bibik, went home to play around. However, suddenly they had to go back to their house because their English trainer came. After dhuhur time they came again accompanied by Bibik. They again, suddenly had to go back to their house because Benny, their relative, came.

In the afternoon at 15:47 I run along Jalan Simongan and west flood canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:19:09 or pace 11'51". The average heart rate was 114, the average cadence was 136, and the fat burning was 637.

At home I found from the WA Group a post by Arijani at 15:50 that Kanti's son named Andi Cahyo Pramudityo was passing a way caused by Covid-19. Then, at 19:17 Garwono posted that Harry Roekanto was passing a way because of Covid-19. Harry was my colleague during my service in Pekanbaru. Covid-19 had been causing the passing a way of many people I knew.

Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). I was still at home. In the morning I gardened for a while, removing weeds from a small area of the front yard.

About dhuhur time Nuri went out to buy several kinds of stuff. One of them was mask brackets. Nuri bought a box containt of 2 pieces.

In the afternoon at 15:36 I run along Jalan Bojongsalaman, Jalan Basudewo, and west flood canal's side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:17:31hours or pace 11'37". The average heart rate was 119, the average cadence was 135, and the fat burning was 678.

Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Sweet-5 Sunday-5 (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning Wismaningsih posted that Satriyohadi was passing a way at 00:00 due to heart failure. Satriyohadi was my colleague during my service in Provincial Water Resources Authority. He was just survived from COVID-19.

At 08:00 I washed my clothes. The day was promising, sunny, so after dhuhur time they were dried.

Today Nuri made sweet dumpling gingery soup (wedang ronde or tangyuan). In the same time in her house Anindya would made sweet dumpling in coconut grating (klepon). However, Anindya postponed doing it. Nuri sent some of the soup to her in the afternoon.

Being At Home

It is Saturday. The Loving-8 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Kliwon 17). This day was the first day of government issuing of emergency public activity restriction (PPKM-pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat darurat). By this restriction, certain shops or offices close till July 20th. The goal is to reduce COVID-19 spreading.

In the morning at 06:03 I run along Jalan Pamularsih at come and go mode. I reached 6,67km in 1:21:55 or pace 12'16". The average heart rate was 108, the average cadence was 137 (though metronome was set at 151), and the fat burning was 612.

I did gardening for a while by picking off the weed. I gardened again in the afternoon to continue picking off the weed.

Being At Home

It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). I was still at home. In the morning I was gardening. I took the weed on the front yard off. I just got 1m2 of the yard weedless. I felt so exhausted, my hands were pain.

At about 09:00 Gandhi told me that Noeri Tidia was passing away. She just told us in the night before that she had been suffered by Covid-19 and hospitalized in Kariadi Hospital's emergency room. This day at 08:00 she went to akhirat. Noeri was my schoolmate either in secondary or highschool. Her husband was once a retired lecturer of Diponegoro University.

After dhuhur time there a post in the highschool whatsapp group that Bambang Purwadi was also passing away. He had been several years living by dialysis help. He suffered from kidney failure due to his diabetics. Bambang Purwadi lived in Bandung. His daughter was being with him since his wife had been passing away since several years ago.

In the afternoon I washed the car. It has been along time since the last washing. I felt so exhausted. Lanjutannya...

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). I was still at home in the morning to enjoy sleeping. At about 11:00 Nuri went out to to shop monthly stuff and snacks.
