Independence Day

It is Tuesday. The Loving-8 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Kliwon 11). It was the Indonesia Independence Day. Indonesia reached 76 years since the independence was proclaimed. The officials managed a ceremony. I as a retired official was at home.

At 07:14 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,0km in 1:10:07hours or pace 11'40". The average heart rate was 118, the average cadence was 134, and the fat burning was 590.

In the afternoon I gardened for a while then ironed my clothes.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, today's cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 3.892.479 (today's new case was 20.741), Central Java was 454.189 (3.263), and Jakarta was 841.610 (655). The death toll was 120.013 (1.180), Central Java was 26.053 5.749 (304), and Jakarta was 13.102 (24). Central Java cummulative confirmed infected people was number 3 after Jakarta and West Java but the increment was number 1. The cummulative death toll was number 1 as well as the increment.
