Going Out

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompanied Dastan and Aisha joined their classes virtually. I was still at home.

After dhuhur time I went out to print my bankbook. Firstly, I went to BCA Bank Pemuda, parked the car there, printed the book then then walked to Mandiri Bank Pemuda across the street to print another book. I moved the car to DP (Duta Pertiwi) Mall, parked the car there and came to BNI Bank. It closed because of Covid-19. So, I walked to Bank Jateng. It was 13:30, the bank would be closing. Finally, I printed the last book at Bank BNI Pandanaran.

At 15:44 I run along streets of Bulustalan, Emplak, Pancawala Timur Raya, Pancawala, Bima I, Sadewa VII, Sadewa Utara III, Abimanyu VIII, Satria, Supraba, Bratajaya, Mustakaweni, Bima I, Pancawala Barat I, Pancawala Barat VI, Indraprasta, Sudirman, canal side walk, and Puspanjolo Selatan. I reached 7,0km in 1:26:10hour or speed of 4,88km/h. The average heart rate was 98, the average cadence was 103, and the fat burning was 541.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, the cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 3.568.331 (today's new case was 35.764, Central Java was 397.839 (4.752), and Jakarta was 825.657 (2.311). The death toll was 102.375 (1.739), Central Java was 21.413 (466), and Jakarta was 12.657 (126). Central Java cummulative confirmed infected people was number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The cummulative death toll was number 2 after East Java but the increment was number 1.
