Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Loving-8 Thursday-8 (Kamis Kliwon 16). I was at home. Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompanied the children. She went back earlier than usual and was mad because Dastan had no preparation.

At 15:49 in the afternoon I run along Jalan Pamularsih I on come and go mode. I reached 6,00km in 1:10:17hours or pace 11'42". The average heart rate was 120, the average cadence was 127, and the fat burning was 610.

After isha time I and Nuri went to Anindya's house to meet her but we only saw the children. Till 20:30 she had not come. So, we went back home.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, today's cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 3.774.155 (today's new case was 24.709, Central Java was 434.196 28.896 (5.300), and Jakarta was 836.687 (1.078). The death toll was 113.664 (1.466), Central Java was 24.233 (386), and Jakarta was 12.936 (42). Central Java cummulative confirmed infected people was number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The cummulative death toll was number 2 after East Java but the increment was number 1.
