Joining Qigong

It is Wednesday. The Black-4 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Wage 11). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 5. Beside me, there were Melani 廖梅玲, Sioeling 廖秀玲, Boenmiauw 廖文茂, and Andhy. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. I did not practiced chenqi because I had to be in the toilet for defecating. Melani left the venue before the session completed. I stopped by at Prembaen Market on the way home for shopping soup condiments.

After having showering I slept. I did not go anywhere. About dhuhur time Ratna and Ninok came. They and Nuri discussed the souvenir at Ninok's wedding party.

Yesterday I had finalized my 100km run. Here was the detail.

Going To Surakarta

It is Sunday. The Sweet-5 Sunday-5 (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning I run along the floodcanal side walk. I reached 6km in 1:18:02 hours or pace of 13'02". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 147, and the fat burning was 564kcal. I met Pak Diono on the track. He was walking.

At 08:20 I, Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar left home for Surakarta. We stopped by at Rest Area 429 for fueling. At 10:30 we were in Tamansari Resto for having breakfast.

Our first destination was Pasar Gede (Prime Market). Anjar and Nuri shopped snacks. Then, the second one was Pasar Klewer. I did not know what they shopped. The last destination was Pasar Beteng. Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar shopped batik and fabric. I waited for them in a coffee shop named Haluan Kopi. I taste their Americano. It was good enough.

We traced several streets on the way home. There were Ranggawarsita, Kalitan, Mawardi, Slamet Riyadi, Perintis Kemerdekaan, Samanhudi, Transito, Slamet Riyadi Kartasura, and Jalan Solo-Semarang. We had to trace several streets because the traffic modification was being imposed due to the construction of Purwosari Flyover. We finally entered the toll road at Kartasura Gate.

We stopped by at Rest Area 456B in Ujung-ujung Pabelan Kab Semarang. It was the best toll rest area I had ever been at. The scenery catched from the rest area was beautiful. There were many spots we could make pictures. The rest area was provided at the two side of the toll road. They were connected by a bridge above the toll road. There were many food vendors in it. It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). I was still at home almost all day long. The day was so hot and humid forcing me to keep in the room with the conditioner was on.

At 14:00 I joined a video conference using zoom application hosted by Jodie. The other participants were Benny Sofyan, Dono Suryanto, Lusi, Wuri, and Trihono Sastrohartono. Ratna also joined us but she was non active. We discussed about planning a virtual run in frame of 45 years of ITB75 celebration.

In the evening I and Nuri invited Rahutama, Anjar, Anindya, Dastan, Aishalina, Bagus, Debi, and bibik to dine in Work Food Happy Resto. I Tt was a new resto on Jalan Puspowarno Tengah. The resto was cozy and providing delicate dishes. I just wanted to be with them having dinner together while seeing Dastan and Aishalina. I missed the two kids a lot. Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). In the morning I washed my clothes and hanged them for drying. At about 10:30 the clothes were mostly dried. I then ironed them. At 13:00 I finished ironing and all the clothes were tidy.

Today Anjar cooked opor ayam (a style of curry chicken). It was good. I had it for my lunch.

At 14:00 I and Rahutama went to Plaza Simpanglima to see gadgets. At a counter we enquired a xiaomi shouhuan 2 (xiaomi mi band 2) and a xiaomi shouhuan 4. The price was Rp200.000 and Rp400.000.

At 16:00 I run along the west flood canal side walk. In the first 3km I run consistently but in the remaining I run and walked alternately to maintain heart rate of below 115. Lanjutannya...

Going Back To Semarang

It is Wednesday. The Red-9 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Pahing 16). In the morning at 06:00 I run along the alleys. I reached 6km in 1:17:44 meaned the average pace was 12'56". The average heart rate was 109, average cadence 149, and the fat burning was 599kcal.

At 08:57 I left the guesthouse walking to the office. About 15 minutes later I arrived at the office. Priyonggo, Benny, and Panggih came later. For about 1 hour I joined a video conference about drainage.

At 13:30 I went back to the guesthouse. A Gojek bike got me there. I packed my stuff to get ready for going back to Semarang. I washed my fabric masks and hanged in the room for drying.

At 15:45 a Gojek car took me for the terminal. At 16:00 I got at the terminal. A ticket was issued for me. My bus, NS27 bus was ready. I directly sat on my seat, seat number 11. The seat next beside was occupied.

At 16:10 the bus departed for Kudus. The bus stopped by at Pulogebang Terminal. At 17:15 the bus continued going to Kudus. At 18:50 to 19:25 Markoni Resto at Jabong Pegaden Kab Subang. The resto located off the toll road. They served a dish I like, vermicelli.

It is Monday. The Loving-8 Monday-4 (Senin Kliwon 12). Today I needed to have a slight rest so I did not run. In the morning I washed my undershirts. Then I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati for my breakfast.

At 09:50 I went to the office. Kecuk gave me a ride. About 10 minutes later I arrived at the office. Benny and Priyonggo came later.

Today I had almost no work. I just helped Priyonggo to edit a report he just composed.

In the afternoon Karijadi and Kuswadi came to see Benny. They discussed a prospective work.

In the office I continued editing a report. I got sleepy. So, at about 12:00 I left the office for the house. In front of the office I met Kecuk, he was jus arriving.

I came to Alfamidi shop again to buy bananas. Then, I went to Indomaret shop to buy roasted ground peanuts and water.

In the house I enjoyed the day with sleeping. An afternoon sleep.

At 17:15 Kecuk and Bambang came. Kecuk lost his room key. He could not enter his room. I went to Warung Nasiuduk Mpok Marsih to buy some. I ate it in the house.

I got difficulties in printing it so I asked Gias to print.

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Selasa-3 Wage-4). At 01:20 I got off at Kampung Rambutan Terminal. It seemed that the rain had just stopped. A Gojek car then brought me to the guesthouse. At 01:44 I arrived at the house.

It is Monday. The Yellow Monday (Senin-4 Pon-7). In the morning I joined qigong exercise in the temple hall. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. The participants were 5 people: me, Moylin, Sioeling, Andhik, and Boenmiauw. On the way back home I shopped soup condiments at Prembaen Alley Market.

At arriving at home I ironed my clothes, partly. After showering and having breakfast I went out to settle some matters. Nuri made me soup for my breakfast.

Going Back To Semarang

It is Sunday. The Red Sunday (Ahad Pahing). In the morning at 04:00 I, Nuri, Anindya, Rahutama, and Anjar left the hotel leading to the airport. We used the toll road so 20 minutes later we arrived there. Rahutama and Anjar helped us to bring our stuff to the checking in room. Before entering the room we had to check our Covid19 free document to the desks. Our flight was GA368. I would be on seat 29K. Nuri and Anindya would be in seat 30K and 31K. We paid our dawn prayer in the waiting room musala.

We departed on time at 06:10. The Garuda Bombardier CRJ-1000 brought us to Surabaya. At about 07:10 we landed on Juanda Airport of Surabaya. About 40 minutes we were still in the airplane. Then, it continued going to Semarang. At 08:00 we landed at Ahmad Yani Airport of Semarang. An airport taxi brought us home. Anindya got in another taxi. The taxi fare was Rp50.000 each. At 08:50 we arrived at home.

After a while of rest I washed my clothes. The day was promising so at 13:00 there were clothes dried. After dhuhur time I slept. I was so sleepy.

Rahutama Being Married

It is Saturday. The Sweet Saturday (Sabtu Legi). At 09:30 I, Nuri, Anindya, and Rahutama were ready in Krakatau Ballroom. We found the venue was ready. Rahutama would undergo his wedding procession. At 10:10 we all were ready at the places.

At 10:20 the procession commence. Mrs. Sarjono welcomed us by draping jasmines on Rahutama's neck. He then was seated on his seat. The registrar, the withnesses, Mr. Sarjono the guardian, Rahutama, and Anjar were on their seats sharing a table. At 10:39 the marriage statement completed. Rahutama took over the responsibility to look after Anjar from her guardian (father).

The procession then continued with giving blessing from the parents to the new family. It was followed on the stage by giving wishes and greetings from the invitees or audiences to the groom, bride, and their parents. At 14:00 I and Nuri got down for a relaxed time. At 15:00 the procession finalized.

I, Nuri, and Anindya went to a shop to buy mantou(馒头)s. Mantou from Makassar is known as tasty. We continued going to Unggul Souvenier Shop to buy some snacks. About 30 minutes were there. The shop provided various kinds of souverier, such as snacks, fabric, aromatic oil, and ointment. Finally, we got in Bakso Ati Raja counter to tasted some. They provided the most delicious meat balls in Makassar. Because I do not eat meat so I just tasted their otak-otak (steamed shreded fish in fluor).

On the way back to the hotel I got off at Phoenam Coffee Shop (阜南咖啡店). The shop is well known of the most tasty traditional coffee in Makassar. I had a cup of coffee and a piece of baked sarikaya bread. The tastes were ok. I spent Rp40.000. Lanjutannya...

Visiting Prospective Daughter In Law's Parents

It is Friday. The Loving Friday (Jumat Kliwon). At 10:30 I, Nuri, and Rahutama left the hotel going to Anjar's parents to make a courtesy visit. Their house was in Desa Romang Lombok, Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan 92171. About 30 minutes later we arrived there. Her parents, aunt, uncle in law, brother, sisters in law, nephew, and nieces welcomed us. We were involved in a social chat.

At 12:00 we left the house for the airport. We fetched Anindya. She just exited the arrival hall. Anindya used Garuda Indonesia to bring herself from Semarang to Makassar.

We went back to the hotel. After putting the stuff we went to Nelayan Resto on Jalan Ali Malaka #25 Moluka Ujungpandang Makassar to have late lunch. We tasted good seafood there. I spent Rp580.000 here. On the way back to the hotel we stopped by at Toraja Souvenier shop to buy t-shirts, coffee, and variety of snacks. The shop located in Pantai Losari area. Just before maghrib we arrived at the hotel.

Going To Makassar

It is Thursday. The Black Thursday (Kamis Wage). In the morning I packed my clothes for going to Makassar. At 08:00 I washed the car at Car Wash. It costed Rp40.000.

At 10:00 Nuri went out to settle some matters. I was still at home sleeping.

At 15:00 I and Nuri were ready to go. Two luggages were packed neatly. One was stuffed with clothes and the other was food souvenier and wedding souvenier. At 15:15 Anindya and Bagus picked us for the airport. At 15:45 we arrived at the airport and got off. After checking in, we checked our health documents. We stopped by at Surabaya Cafe to have late lunch. At 17:15 we got on board.

At 17:40 our Sriwijaya Boeing 737-800NG SJ-714 took off for Makassar. I was on seat 5D while Nuri on seat 6D. In the Covid19 circumstance the seat was only occupied on A, C, D, and F. The B and E seat were let void. The flight was going smooth. At 20:08 local time we landed at Hasanudin Airport of Makassar. Makassar time is an hour ahead of Semarang time.

We about 45 minutes in the terminal building. We had to check our e-HAC filled form at an officer. e-HAC data contains of our flight data to track our whereabout if there was a passanger detected getting Covid19.

Rahutama and Anjar fetched us. The terminal building was being added with a parking building. It was under construction. So, we had to walk quite long to get our car on the parking lot. We entered toll road (Bosowa Toll) to get us to the town. We stopped by at Mi Titi Resto for dining. Mi titi was kind of noodles where dried noodles were poured with braised vegetables.

Finally, we arrived at Hotel Remcy in Panakkukang area. I, Nuri, and Rahutama got off while Anjar went back to her house in Kabupaten Gowa. I and Nuri were in room 1207, while Rahutama was in room 1202. Lanjutannya...

It is Tuesday. The Red Tuesday (Rabu Pahing). At 14:00 I and Nuri accompanied Rahutama to the airport. We dropped him there. He would go to Makassar by Sriwijaya Air. At 17:30 he contacted Nuri that he arrived at Hasanuddin Airport of Makassar. Anjar just fetched him.

Rapid Test

It is Monday. The Sweet Monday (Senin Legi). At 10:00 I and Nuri went to Satmoko Clinic on Jalan Kelud to undergo a rapid test. This test is necessary for a person going to be a flight passanger. Rahutama had enlisted us through Traveloka application. I filled our pre-test data electronically (by internet). In the Clinic we just to confirm our commitment. We settled our test a half hour later.

We then went to Paragon Mall. Nuri seeked a pair of suit sandal. I had coffee and donut at JCo counter while waited for her.

Video Conference

It is Saturday. The Black Saturday (Sabtu Wage). In the morning at 07:00 I washed big pile of my clothes. I finished to hang them for drying at 08:30.

At 09:45 I joined a monthly video conference hosted by Gandhi. Unandari presented her matter, Mindfulness. It was an interesting one. It sugested us that we should behave like it. Beside me the participants were Dwi Sulis, Adri, Artik, Bambang Pur, Handoyo, Winardi, Sutrisni, Wiwik Hera, Triana, Rahardjo, Widayanto, and Roosmariani.

At 11:00 Rahutama and Nuri went out to settle some matters. I at home ironed some of my dried clothes.

Being At Home

It is Friday. The Yellow Friday (Jumat Pon). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 5 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang.

After showering and having a while rest I slept. I was so sleepy this morning.

At 16:00 I run along the side walk of West Floodcanal. I reached 6km in 1:20 hours. My average heart rate was 113, average cadence was 150 and the fat burning was 700. Lanjutannya...

Shopping Computer Appliances

It is Thursday. The Red Thursday (Kamis Pahing). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 6 people. Liauw siblings (Moylin, Sioeling, and Boenmiauw), Andhik, a lady, and me. We practiced xingshen zhuang. I joined the session in the middle though I came early. The hall door closed and I did not mention that the others entered the hall from the temple.

On the way home I stopped by at Pasar Prembaen to by chicken and fish balls. I also came by at Steam & Brew and to taste their V60 coffee. At a young coconut vendor I stopped again but he was not on duty yet.

After dhuhur time I and Rahutama went to Plaza Simpanglima to shop computer appliances. We bought a webcam (Rp350.000), a handset (Rp210.000), and a power bank (Rp240.000).

Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Sweet Wednesday (Rabu Legi). I slept again after dawn praying. Nuri made gudeg dish for our breakfast.

At 12:00 after dhuhur time I accompanied Rahutama taking wedding souvenirs from the producer in Bangetayu Kulon area. The producer was a young lady occupying a small simple house.

Going Back to Semarang

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Selasa Kliwon). I left the house at 09:45 by a Gojek car. I got a discount voucher so I paid only Rp12.000. About 10 minutes later I arrived at the office. Benny and Priyonggo were in. Kecuk came later.

I waa relaxed being in the office. I worked on editing Airputih Plain Flood. I also supervised Deri drawing kilometerage 13 drawings.

At 15:15 I went to Kampung Rambutan Terminal by a Gojek car. At 15:45 I was in the terminal waiting hall with a Nusantara ticket on my hand. My bus would be NS27, an excecutive class bus. I would be on my favorite seat, seat 11.

The bus departed at 16:24. It stopped by at Pulogebang Terminal to fetch other passangers. At 17:15 it continued going to Kudus. The bus stopped by again at Rest Area 102A from 18:34 to 19:02. We the passangers dined in Tamansari Resto. At 22:22 we passed through Kalikangkun Gate in Semarang. About 10 minutes later I got off at Krapyak intersection. The bus did not pass through Jalan Siliwangi because Krapyak to Hanoman segment was closed due to road geometric improvement. Rahutama picked me there.
