Being In The Office

It is Thursday. The Black Thursday (Kamis Wage). In the morning I run 5km in 1:07:48 hours. The average heart rate was 115, the average cadence was 157, and the fat burning was 567. After running I felt so tired. I thought I was less healthy.

I had a plan to go back to Semarang today. So, I tried to make my room tidy. I put the clothes at a laundry shop. Then, I packed my stuff needed to go home. I went to the office in the condition of less energy.

At about 15:00 the bus agent told that no Nusantara bus was operated this afternoon. She suggested that I take a next day bus.

At 17:00 I and Benny had lunch at Warung Mie Gunungkidul. Benny invited Karijadi there. We discussed our plan to join an agribusiness.

About maghrib time I went back to the guesthouse, Fahmi gave me a ride.
