Being In The Office

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Jumat Wage). I run along alleys in the housing area. I reached 5km in 1:07 hours. The average heart rate was 117, the average cadence was 259, and the fat burning was 582.

At 09:15 I left the guesthouse for the office. I stopped by at the laundry shop to put my clothes. Then, I stopped by at Warung Tegal Satuhati for having breakfast. At 09:45 I arrived at the office.

Kecuk was in. Bambang, Benny, and Priyonggo came later. I continued working on running sediment transport.

In the afternoon Satriya came to see us and made chats. My coffee I ordered from Dita arrived. My scale I had ordered from Bukalapak also came.

At 20:00 I left the office for the guesthouse. Bambang gave me a ride. After putting my bag in the room I went to Alfamidi shop to buy bananas.
