Being at Home

It is Thursday. The Sweet Thursday (Kamis Legi). It was the day 7th of Ramadan. We still maintained our fasting. Our early breakfast was managed before dawn time, 04:20. We have never missed our early breakfast.

In the morning Suprapto phoned me asking the site mentioning data Covid19 at regencies detail. I had no idea about that.

In the afternoon before ashr time I and Rahutama went to Candra Store on Jalan Pandanaran to buy a wahl clipper. Our hairs had been getting long but we do not have courage to go to a barbershop. We would trim our hairs by ourselves. We bought a wahl clipper at Rp560.000.

At 16:15 I trained running again at the west sidewalk of West Flood Canal. I reached 3 km at 42:27 minutes. My average beat rate was 127 more than 124 (the highest beat rate in aerobic zone). The cadence was 155 and the fat burning was 422.
