Seeing the Doctor

It was Wednesday. I joined the qigong in the morning for the whole sessions. They were chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. The participants were 11 people.

At noon I and Nuri came to Canadia Resto to join a monthly gathering. It was the water supply project employees' wives gathering. Although it was a wives' gathering, the husbands were also accompanying. The couples attended the gathering were Bud, Suprijanto, Surjadi, Yatin, Bharoto and me. The single was Mrs. Arus.

In the evening I and Nuri came to see doctor Sumanto. The line was long but only 4 people were before me. My blood pressure was 120/80.
