Going Around Borobudur

It was Sunday. It was the second day of the Reunion. We had breakfast at a house to the left of the hotel. I appreciated the committee that had provided the traditional local food.

Then we went around Borobudur by bicycles and carts. The first destination was Reservation Studio where we got information about the reservation of the temple. I realized that the temple was for Budhism education not for congressional prayer. The other information was that temple was discovered firstly by Rafles in the condition rupture and covered by Merapi ashes.

The second destination was a craft house. It produced souveners of Borobudur genuine.

The third destination was a batik house where we could draw a batik from a plain fabric. We were served with young coconut.

Finally, we went back to the hotel. I got showering that made me fresh. We had lunch in a dining hall. The committee served us with sayur asem, sayur tempe, ayam kecap and mangut beong.

At the end of the lunch session we elected a new management. The new management consists of the chairman: Hariyoto, the vice: Seta, the secretary: Risnawati, the vice: Nani, the Treasurer: Tatik, the vice: Anna, and the special treasurer for charity activities: Nurjati.

The reunion ended at 13:30. Rahutama took me at 15:00. I was the last person leaving the hotel.

Rahutama was with his friend, Dendy. Rahutama dropped him at his house, Gombel Permai Housing. We arrived home at 18:00.
