Establishing Co-op

The average heart rate was 100bpm, the average cadence was 114spm, adn the fat burning was 637kcal. I checked to the Strava Application and I found that the event was not uploaded to it. I could not know the reason.

Nuri was still at home making dishes for our meals. The children was in their school having classes on face to face mode. Nuri then went out to settle some matters.

At 12:45 I went to BPPW Jawa Tengah office to join an establishing co-op process. Harsono Wuryanto Masrianto It was opened by IPPU Central Java chairman Masrianto, then a co-op dissemination by Central Co-op Authority officer, Mr. Luqman, finally a success story was told by a co-op activist Ms. Sudewi Metianing, SH, MH. The notary, Ms. Desi Puspita Ningrum, SH, MH, MKn was also sat beside the presenter. World Water Day

It is Wednesday. The Loving Wednesday (Buda Kasih 15). At 05:30 we had breakfast in the dining room. The menu consisted of rice, fried noodle, sprout - tofu - long bean stir fry, red chili pepper sauced egg, and meat ball soup. At 06:20 we checked out and went to Pollos Hotel where Masrianto was in. He came in the mid night. Many people and retired from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing were there overnight. Some of them were Mr. Amron and Mr. Mazid. They offered us breakfast but we were all full. This hotel provided a better buffet breakfast than Kencana Hotel did. About 07:00 we left the hotel and went to Randugunting Dam before the other left the hotel. Masrianto was joining us.

I thought we took the unappropriate route so our speed was limited. We traced the regency roads passing these place: Waru, Randuagung, Sekarsari, Krikilan, Ronggomulyo, and Kalinanas. The dam located in Kalinanas, Subregency of Japah, Blora. In a plaza located south east of the dam site the World Water Day 30th Anniversary would be managed.

We arrived at about 08:00. At the time many people were gathering mostly people from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The others were invitees from some organization such as Government of Blora Regency, Government of Central Java Province, local village government, authorities of police and army, reforestration non government organization, and last but not least us from the Public Works Retired Organization. We were all served with a snack box and a lunch box. The committee also provided a picture booth where an invitee might get his picture on the site for free.

The anniversary was started by a report from the committee chair, Asep Arovah Permana. Then, an agreement about greenbelt nursing between Pemali Juana River Basin Management Office (BBWS Pemali Juana), Central Java Public Works Retired Union (IPPU Wilayah Jawa Tengah). and Randugunting Greenbelt Nursing Organization was signed by Adek Rizaldi, Masrianto, and Jumiran. The following time was for Vice Bupati Blora Tri Yuli Setyowati gave her speech and Chief of Provincial Water Resources and Spatial Planning Authority, Eko Yunianto, read Central Java Governor speech. Later, awarding honors to a division or a section of water resources management offices from Aceh and North Sumatra for their best performances on the running of TKPSDA (water resources management coordiantion panel) secretariats. Finally, John Wempi Wetipo the Vice Minister of Public Works and Housing gave speech for the 30th Anniversary of World Water Day. The theme of the anniversary was Groundwater, making the invisible visible.

During the event I made pictures of the surroundings. It seemed that the site was prepared also for tourism . There were many spots to see and the management office built a viewing plateform, a bridge like plaza where people might take some spot pictures. The stunning spots were dam site, water, dam sign, and walking tracks.

After the event was over, we were still in the venue. Masrianto, Djoko Roosmany, and Djoko Parmanto made their pictures on spot. At about 12:00 we left the venue. We passed through this place to get to Juwana: Ronggo, Srikaton, Dukuhmulyo, and Warung Sederhana Bu Marni where we had our lunch. Going To Rembang

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Anggara Cemeng 7). At 07:50 Nuri dropped me at the campus of Public Works Polytechnics. I would joined a group of IPPU personnel going to go to Rembang. At 08:45 the group consisted of me, Djoko Parmanto, Djoko Roosmany, Bambang Pudjo Lahatyo, Harsono Wuryanto, and Arus Horizon.

Our car was Toyota HiAce owned by the polytechnics. The driver was Mujiran, a polytechnics driver. We departed at 08:35 from the campus. The road to Rembang was congested because of road physical condition was bad. At 12:00 we stopped by at Warung Sederhana Bu Marni at Juwana. We had lunch there. I chose fish mangut curry for my menu. At about 14:45 we arrived at Kencana Hotel. It was a modest but expensive hotel. The published rate for deluxe twin bed room was Rp490.000. I share that room, room 207, with Arus Horizon. The room was so spacious. There were 2 king size beds inside. However, the amenities were limited.

At about 15:54 I, Harsono, and Djoko Parmanto went out for walking. We were so relaxed on tracing shoreline, Jalan Dorang, and Jalan Diponegoro, so about 45' we just got 2km. I then alone walked along streets of Sudirman, HOS Tjokroaminoto, Soetomo, and Kartini. Totally, I reached 6,1km in 1:33:09hours or pace 15'14". Going To Banyumanik

It is Saturday. The Sweet Saturday (Tumpak Manis 14). I was relaxed in the morning. Nuri made fish mangut dish for our meal. At 10:30 I washed my clothes. Rahutama previously did the same. The day was promising, sunny.

After dhuhur time I and Rahutama went to Anindya's house. Anindya, Dastan, Aishalina along with Bibik Sakiyem and Bibik Jariah were in. I enjoyed chatting with the children.

At 13:00 I, Rahutama, and Dastan went to Banyumanik to have soto at Soto Banjar HQQ outlet on Jalan Kruing Raya. The soto was quite nice with bit sweeter taste than the original. Bahruddin Noor is the owner. We had chatted for a while.

We then went to Durian Ageng counter to have durian. I bought 2 durians at Rp160.000. One of them had been consumed insite. It was ok.

Banking

It is Friday. The Loving Friday (Sukra Kasih 14). In the morning at 06:20 I joined qigong ing the temple hall. Whe I arrived there Liauw Boenmiauw (廖文茂) was in. He just finished his chenqi move anlready to practice pengqi guanding. I joined practicing it. A moment later Lie Lietjen (李丽珍) and her spouse Theng Tiongling (汤重宁) came to join. We practiced sanxinbing zhuang (形神庄) after finishing pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶).

When I arrived home Nuri was in while Rahutama was out. He was handling his son's birth certificate. He borrowed Anindya's car to do his job. Nuri was preparing herself to go out. She then went to her peers to deliver bottles of honey vinegar mixture.

I joined Friday congregation prayer in Masjid Attaqwa. Almost all of the jamaah used their masks. The stood side by side closely. Covid-19 seemed to be going away.

At 13:00 I went out for banking. Rahutama accompanied me as a driver. I went to BCA Bank Sudirman to draw some money then put it in BNI Bank Pemuda. The main intention was actually to print my bankbooks.

Rahutama Coming Home

It is Thursday. At 06:00 Rahutama arrived at home when I was just preparing to go to temple hall.

I arrived at the temple at 06:20. Liauw Boenmiauw (廖文茂) was in. He is preparing the sound tape for guiding the exercise. When it startet only I and him were there. However, about 10 minutes later Lie Lietjen (李丽珍) and her spouse Theng Tiongling (汤重宁) came to join. We practiced xingshen zhuang (形神庄). I left the venue when it completed, but the other still left behind to practiced another move. I stopped by at Prembaen Alley Market to buy smoked fish. I bought 6 pieces of small cut fish at Rp4.000 each. The last time I bought it, the price at the same vendor was Rp3.500.

At 11:15 I joined a wedding party organized Ustaz Abdulaziz to celebrate the marriage of his sons. The first son is Wildanul Najib, he married to Rosita Ristya Puspitasari. The second son is A. Muntahar Rochman, he married to Maya Amartha Nuur Alifa. I walked to the venue at Pamularsih III RT05 RW08, a long tent on the alley. I met Ustaz Muh Yasin. He was the co-invitee and assigned as a receptionist. I just paid my greeting to the grooms, the brides, and the parents. I did not tasted the provided buffet because it was crowded.

At 14:00 I asked Matahari Komputer to activate my microsoft office. It worked. I paid the cost of Rp200.000. It was cheaper than the cost I made same order in the first time.

Before ashr time I ironed the fresh dried clothes I washed before. I ironed some of them.

At 15:45 I walked to Warung Tegal on Jalan Suyudono. It was 1,12km away and I reached it in 14'12". I had late lunch there. Fish mangut was my meal.

It is Saturday. The Black Saturday (Tumpak Cemeng 13). I woke up at 06:40. I felt my condition was not good. I still laid on bed till 07:00 and got up because Nuri asked me to go to the market for buying coconut grating.

Nuri would make nasi megana. It needed coconut grating for the topping. For the taste she asked Bu Kus to make spices mixture (bumbu). At about 09:00 it was done. We consumed it for our breakfast.

At about 10:00 Nuri went to Lotte Superstore for getting cooking oil. Cooking oil was an expensive edible stuff since the CPO internation price rised recent days. It would be given to Bu Kus. We consumed coconut oil.

At 10:00 I joined a virtual meeting hosted by Satriya Zhyllullah discussing the way to finalizing technical recommendation application. The other participants were Agung Hari Wicaksono (PT JM-PMO), Gunawan (PT JM-TM), Basa Hasahatan, Hadio Gusti Mahendra (PT Wika), and Gneis Setia Graha, Fiina Hasanah (PT Indec). We agreed to finalizing the topic into points the way BBWS Citarum mentions in the checklist. We distributed the points to handle into 3 parties: 1. PT JM would be completing the application document with identity and tax number cards copies, 2. PT Wika completing construction method and consultation to stakeholders minutes of meeting documents, and 3. PT Indec would be completing the remaining documents. We targeted March 28th would be the first day to submit documents for being verified by BBWS Citarum Recommendation Team members.

Computer Being Fixed

I then accompanied her to Kelurahan Office to met Agus, a staff member, to enquire how to get a birth certificate. Rahutama would apply a birth certiface for his son. Nuri got the information, in short Rahutama had to show up at the Civil Affair Office.

At 13:30 I went to Delta Computer to take the desktop. The technician told me before that it had been fixed. The main board was the culprit so he replaced it. The whole service costed Rp1.095.000. I paid it off using BCA m-banking application.

In the afternoon I gardened. I removed weeds from the front yard.

At 19:30 I installed the computer and turned it on. I worked. I noticed the fan's sound was louder than previous on. It followed by a nock sound once in 10 seconds.

Being At Home

It is Wednesday. Sweet Wednesday (Buda Manis 12). At 01:33 the train stopped by at Tawang Station, I got off. Nuri was waiting for me in the parking area. A moment later was got in the car and we went back home. At 02:00 we arrived at home. I slept at 03:00.

At 09:00 I woke up. Nuri was in Anindya's house accompanying Aishalina but then soon came home. She bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. At 11:00 I wanted to run because it was cloudy. The sun suddenly showed up so I aborted to run.

Submitting Application

Itu is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday. It was drizzle ing the morning, I cancelled my intention to run. I went to Alfamart shop nearby 3 times to withdraw money from BCA ATM inside but the shop was not opening yet. At 10:00 I did it.

At 11:30 I checked out from the hotel. Hadio and Satriya picked me up. We went to BBWS Citarum office on Jalan Inspeksi Cidurian Rancasari Town of Bandung to submit the technical recommendation application. In the office parking area Alif and Agung joined us. Unfortunately, the office did not welcome any guest because they were imposing COVID-19 awareness. The application and the attachments were put on the security booth then someone brought them into the office.

In waiting for a staff member (named as Ari) verify the application we in seven went to Sambel Hejo Resto nearby (Metro Indah Mall) for having lunch. They served various Sundanese dishes. I tasted some of them.

At about 12:30 Ari showed up and gave us her notes indicating the attachments considered deficient. We then withdrew the application and the attachments. We dismissed, I and Hadio went back to Karawang while Alif and Satriya went to the Directorate of Road Engineering Development.

At about 16:30 we arrived at Wika Office in Summarecon Emerald, Karawang. As keeping words, I would meet Basa and Rama there but they were not in. At about 17:00 Rama arrived but Basa was still in Cawang area. So, at 18:00 I went to Gambir Station to catch Argo Bromo Anggrek Coach for bringing me back to Semarang. A Wika driver named Achmad accompanied me. At 19:30 I arrived there and got off. I had my dinner in Bakmi Gajahmada counter. I paid my prayers in the musala room on the first flood. At 20:10 I was on board. I edited my price proposal using my notebook and sent it to Basa. It was as his request.

Going To Bandung

It is Monday. The Black Monday (Soma Cemeng 8). In the morning I prepared for going out of the town. I would go to Bekasi to attend a meeting. At 09:00 Nuri accompanied me to the airport. After getting off I checked my name in. It was simpler than usual. I just scanned a bar code and a confirmation for going was showed up.

My flight was Batik 6351 scheduled to depart at 10:45. I would be on seat 6C. At 10:10 I boarded and at 10:40 we took off. At 11:30 the plane landed on Soekarno Hatta Airport of Jakarta. About 45 minutes later I left the airport.

I used Bluebird Taxi to brought me to PT Jasa Marga Bekasi office. Its cost was Rp289.020. At 13:10 I arrived to the venue.

About 13:30 after paying praying I joined a meeting in an office nearby, PT Jasa Marga Tollroad Maintenance office. The meeting was just to check the attachments of technical recommendation application. The participants were Basa Hasahatan, Supriadi, Rahman Rivai (PT Wika), Agung Hari Wicaksono, and Gunawan. The attachments were not completed 100% but we decided to submit it to BBWS Citarum (Citarum River Basins Management Office).

I, Basa, Supriadi, and Rivai left the venue to go to Wika Office in Summarecon Emerald, Karawang. Basa got off at a point near Metropolitan Mall, Bekasi. The remainings continued to Wika Office.

We added some pictures for the attachments of application. Supriadi and Rivai did it. After 19:00 Supriadi and Rivai accompanied me to Bandung. It is Monday. The Red Monday (Soma Jenar 13). I was still at home. Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany Aishalina having her class virtually. Dastan joined his class really. At about 11:00 Nuri came home and then went out again to pick Dastan from his school.

Accompanying The Children

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Radite Manis 10). At 6:14 I walked to a fried snack vendor at the street market on Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan to buy some. Then I put the smartband on and went back home to put the snack. I continued walking along Jalan Pamularsih I. The sky was sunny. I reached 7,0km in in 1:26:16hours or pace 12'19". In the afternoon I removed weed from the front yard. I just did it for 20minutes then stopped because it was going dark. Before maghrib time I ironed some of the clothes.

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Buda Jenar 16). At 00:23 the train stopped by again at Pekalongan Station. Finally, at 1:28 the train stopped by at Tawang Station. I got off here. Nuri picked me up home. At about 2:00 I arrived at home. After flushing my nose holes with brine water I got slept.

I woke up at 09:00. Nuri was in Anindya's house accompanying the children. I was relaxing on bed. Nuri was home at about 11:00. At about dhuhur time she slept. I moped the verandah. Nuri went out at 14:00 to accompany Dastan having swimming class in Puspagiwang area.

Going To Jakarta

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). At 06:00 Nuri sent me to the airport. I would go to Jakarta. My flight was Lionair JT505 schedule to take off at 8:45. I came earlier to anticipate something unpredicted. The airport was little bit quiet since the traffic was not normal yet. At 8:15 I was boarding on seat 17D. At 8:45 Boeing 737-800 Lionair JT505 took off for Jakarta. The flight was smooth so at 09:43 the plane landed on Soekarno Hatta Airport of Jakarta.

The unboarding process was little bit long. I had no idea the reason. A bus trasported us to the terminal building 2. Basa Hasahatan waited for me there. At 10:15 I exited from the building to meet him. He just also arrived from Pontianak.

A Bluebird taxi then brought us to Jasa Marga Jakarta Cikampek office in Bekasi. On the way Basa told me that he was now being assigned in Kijing Seaport project in West Kalimantan. He was asked for helping Jakarta Cikampek Toll Road Lane Addition Project to handle the technical recommendation application. The recommendation was needed since the project would cross several streams. PT Wika was the contractor of the project. The assigned Rama to be the project manager. At 11:28 we arrived at the office on Jalan Teuku Umar Bekasi.

We joined a meeting to discuss the recommendation. It was chaired by Alif Setya Trikardo. The other participants were Rama Aji Ananta, Supriadi from PT Wika, Satriya Zhylullah, Priyadi, Agung HW from PMO PT JM, Hendra Nata Saputra, Amri Sanusi from PT JM Tollroad Maintenance, and virtually Gneis Setya Graha, Luthfi from PT Indec. I found that the problem was about option the owner (PT Jasa Marga) would choose, whether they would apply the recommendation or would just inform to the water resources authority. The meeting did not come to the decision. They would consider the consultation to the authority first.

At about 12:30 we dismissed. The participants would get together in Simpang Raya Resto on Jalan Sudirman Bekasi to have lunch. As usual I tasted Padangese meal. However, I just took pop chicken to accompany my rice. After having lunch the group went back to the office.

I, Basa, and Supri in one car and Satriya in other car went to the field to see the streams crossing. On the way I made a communication to Irman Ferdian, the person in charge in Citarum Water Resources management office (BBWS Citarum) texting about our intension to see him. He insisted that his office was imposing Covid-19 protocol and everything should be settled virtually. So, he suggested us to just sent the application without anya consultation in advance. Irman Ferdian was Suprapto's subordinate during his service in Water Resources dan Construction Training Center. Suprapto gave me his contact.

We visited Tarum Barat, Citarum, Tarum Utara, and Tarum Timur. Tarum Barat is an irrigation channel started from Curug Weir on Citarum River. Tarum Utara is from Walahar Weir on Citarum River, downstream of Curug Weir. Tarum Timur is from Curug Weir. Crossings on Tarum Barat and on Tarum Timur had no inspection road soh we had no access to see the spot from the inside.

After finalizing the visit at 16:25 we stopped by at PT Wika office in Sumarecon Emerald housing, Kondangjaya Kerawang Timur. I, Basa, and Supri clarify the attachments for recommendation application. I paid my dhuhur and ashr prayers on Masjid asy-Syukur in the housing area.

At 17:00 we left the office for Jakarta. Awing and Hendri accompanied us. It was heavy traffic on the toll road. Basa got off at Park Hotel Cawang. I arrived at Gambir Station at 18:30. I thanked Hendri and Awing and got off.

I was late to get Sembrani Coachs which would depart at 19:00 because it disappeared from the application. So I grabbed the Argo Bromo Anggrek Coachs that would depart at 20:30. I had enough time to get relaxed. I used it to have a bowl of Bakmi Gajahmada and pay my maghrib and isha prayers. At 20:20 I got on board and at 20:35 the train departed for Semarang.
