I entered the hall passing the main room because the hall door closed due to the painting working there. The participants were Melani and Boenmiauw. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang.

This day I finalized consultant response on the comments of officials of the Directorat General of Water Resources on the meeting at November 5th. There were 27 comments and some of them needed clarification. At 15:31 I walked along streets of Pamularsih I, Pamularsih, Puspowarno Tengah, Puspowarno I, Puspowarno, Puspanjolo Barat I, Puspanjolo Barat Raya, and Pamularsih Dalam. I reached 6,99km in 1:21:22hours or pace 11'38". The average heart rate was 112bpm, the average cadence was 120spm, and the fat burning was 643kcal.
