It is Tuesday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 12 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half part of xing zhuang.
At 13:00 I welcomed Pranoto, Zaenal, and Hidayat at the Jendela Kitchen in Tembalang area. It was a gathering that we intend to organize monthly. At 15:30 we dismissed.
