It was Wednesday. In the morning I and Nuri went to the temple hall to join qigong. The participants were 12 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, short pengqi guanding, and sanxin bingzhan zhuang.
After being home Mrs. Widodo came. She gave money to Nuri for her share in the monthly gathering. Nuri would join the monthly gathering of the alumni wives.
At 08:30 I went to the lab. I, Ms. Wati, Pranoto, and students had a meeting to evaluate our progress. At 15:45 I went home.
