Going Out

It was Friday. I felt my cough had started to disappear. The ambient temperature was going to fair. I started to go out. In the morning I accompanied Nuri walking to Bondowoso town square. She bought me nasi jagung for my breakfast. At noon I joined the Friday prayer at the primary mosque. In the evening I accompanied Nuri to go to a drink shop to by amsle. Amsle was a liquid sweet made of sweet thin coconut milk, ginger flavor, emping crackers, fried peanut, and delima jelly. This day we welcomed a gentleman named Mr. Totok. He was a funny one.
