Joining Qigong

It was Wednesday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple. The participants were 11 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang.

Before noon Nuri went to Brumbungan to meet an intended purchaser. She also came to Ada Supermarket for shopping.

After maghrib time I and Rahutama went to Monika Studio to see Alpha 6000 but the stuff had been sold out. We then went to Citra Bundo Bangkong to buy nasipadang. The resto was under renovation so we went to Candi.
