Joining a Seminar

It was Saturday. I joined a seminar whole day. The seminar was managed by Indonesia National Committee of International Committee on Irrigation and Drainage in Patrajasa Hotel Pancawati Room. The theme was Securing Water for Food and Rural Community Under Climate Change. The seminar was started by a keynote speak of Mr. M. Hasan (the Director General of Water Resources). It then continued by discussing many papers, 4 of them were in plenary and the rest were in 3 parallel sessions. In the seminar I met Mr. H. Gany, Mr. M. Ruhimat, Mr. I. Nusyirwan, etc. I left the venue at 17:00 when the seminar almost concluded.

I got up at 04:55, it was a critical time to pray because the sun would rise at 05:05. After praying I practiced qigong at home. Chen qi and peng qi guan ding methods were practiced. Then I prepared myself for joining a seminar.
