Usual Day

This morning I did not walk. I thought I would have it during office hour. After doing prayer I laid on bed again. Nuri still made me apple carrot juice. My breakfast was rice, long bean stirred fry and fried tofu. It was cloudy so I postponed my plan to have morning walking in office hour. I went to the office wearing batik shirt.

In the office I joined the rollcall inspected by Mr Triwidodo. At 09.00 I chaired a meeting on celebrating world water day. Mr Nelwan, Mr Hidayat, Mr Marcus Djoko joined this meeting. It concluded at 11.00. I did my Friday Worshipping in Attaqwa Mosque. In the afternoon I had long sleep.

This evening we had nasi padang for our dinner.
