Going to Solo Area

It was cloudy this morning so I postponed my morning walk. It then became a heavy showering. Our today Kompas daily was wet and then ruined because of that. When Sonhaji came the showering was still on going. At 06.45 I left home for Solo Area.

At Jomblang Abdulgani joined us. We had our breakfast at a canteen inside Babadan market. It was ok. We arrived at the Cengklik Reservoir in Ngemplak Boyolali at 09.30. Gunawan and Sumardjo joined us. There also 2 journalists joined us. There were Nadhiroh from Solopost and Bambang from Antara. We were discussing about the situation of the reservoir. There were so many fish cages inside it. They might be ruining the water quality. They also increased the sedimentation rate in the reservoir.

Then, we went to Kongklangan river in Klaten. We stopped by Klaten Agung Mosque for doing our Friday Worshipping. We arrived at Klongkangan where the embankment was occupied by illegal settlers. We inspected in a light showering. After all of them we had our lunch in Banyu Urip Restourant. On the way back to Semarang we stopped by Banaran cafe for ashr prayer. At about 18.00 I arrived at home.

In the evening I went to Gramedia Bookstore to buy today's Kompas daily.
