It was Friday. In the morning I started to pray again after absence during chemotheraphy. I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque.

In the afternoon I accompanied Nuri to buy medicines for me. Then, we went to Citra Mall to fix my blackberry handset.

This day I still consumed my medication: biobran 3 tables, mocosta 3 tablets, and ondansetron 2tablets. Lanjutannya...

Checking Out the Hospital

It was Thursday. The infusion was dimantled at 01:00. At 11:30 I was allowed to leave the hospital. Nuri came in the morning she brought me soup for breakfast.

In the evening I joined a gathering for dinner in the Yung Ho Restorant. Hariyoto, Tatik, Retno, Tuti, Nuri and Retno's son were the other participants. We enjoyed chaomian, asparagus corn soup, fried calamar, and steam fish. Lanjutannya...

Being at Home

It was Sunday. I was at home all day long. In the morning I solved sudoku puzzle from Kompas Daily. Nuri made mushroom stir fry and fried tempe for our breakfast. However, I still got my long bean dish for my breakfast. Then, I wetted the frontyard. In the afternoon I wetted the front yard again. I also clean front gutter.

This I defecated for the first time after the last chemotheraphy. The faeces consistency was good but the following I got diarrhea. It was a normal response.

Being at Home

It was Saturday. I was at home all day long. In the morning I made a vegetable dish named longbean sambel goreng. It was ok but not so salty. I got it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nuri went to Mrs. Yetti Sudiyanto's to join an aqiqah gathering. Her ground daughter was just born and a goat was sacrified. Just after arriving at home she went to Mrs. Djai's house to joined a benediction gathering concerning her trip to Mecca.

Finishing the Session

It was Wednesday. At 23:00 the chemo session concluded. The chemo infusion was dismantled but the NaCl solution was still attached. It was used for flushing.

In the morning and evening Nuri came to visit. She fed me porridge. Doctor Eko also came in the morning. He suggested me to see him and Doctor Suharti in the third week of September.

Chemo the Day - 2

It was Tuesday. I was still in the cytostatic room, Cendrawasih Building 3rd floor room #4. A female doctor came in the morning to visit. She told she was on behalf of Doctor Eko. Doctor Eko himself visited me in the afternoon.

Nuri visited me in the morning. She rubbed my body with wet towel to replace showering. Nuri came again in the evening.

In the evening I was vomiting. It was usual.
