Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Yellow Monday (Senen Pon 11). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Liauw Sioeling 廖秀玲, Liauw Boenmiauw 廖文茂, and Liauw Moyling 廖妹玲. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang.

After having a break at home. I ironed my washed clothes.

About dhuhur time I washed the car at Fastclean Carwashing station. The cost was Rp55.000.

In the afternoon Nuri shopped in Superindo Market.
