Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The REd Monday (Senin Paing 13). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were Andhy, Sioeling, Boenmiauw, Moyling, Soethien. I practiced pengqi guanding then stopped. I felt my energy had not recovered fully. After recieving a wedding party invitation I went back home.

In the house I ironed my washed clothes completely.
