Being At Home

I reached 7,0km in 1:32:14hours or pace 13'10". The average heart rate was 99, the average cadence was 100, and the fat burning was 589.

After arriving at home and taking a break for a while I washed my clothes. The day was cloudy, hot and humid so till afternoon they were not dried yet. I took them off the hanger before maghrib time.

This afternoon was so hot. It endured till night. Rahutama and Anjar went out for sight seeing.
