Joining Qigong

It is Monday. Sweet Monday (Senin Legi). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were about 12 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi (shou 授 la 拉), pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. After session we had social chat.

After dhuhur time I contacted Sucipto and Azwar Annas of Hydrology Section of Water Resources Management Affair to enquire hydrology guidelines. Then I went to the office to see Annas. I got a hydrology manual from him.

On the way home I stopped by at Nusantara Bus pool to buy a ticket for Jakarta tomorrow. I got it at Rp190.000.

After maghrib time I went to a dentist on Jalan Maluku. Nuri accompanied me. I need to see Dr. Winarto the dentist because I felt painful in my gum. He replaced the filler in a tooth and started to refill. He gave me a prescription. I bought it (consisted of 10 caps of Amoxsan 500mg and 6tabs of Kaflam 50mg) at Sarika Pharmacy. I and Nuri then dined in Basilia Kitchen.

In the evening I worked to make up the report. I added with Chi Square Test section.
